Went to the Battle Bunker Saturday (had the kid while mom was decorating a wedding cake).

Anyway I picked up 1 Forge World Battle Suit, the new GW Battle suit with this wacky looking trigonal barreled weapon and the Drone Sniper Controller and Drones. My clogged can of Space Wolf Grey (clogged immediately as I started using it) was exchanged for three bottles of SW Grey as that paint (spray) has been discontinued. Damn. Guess I will use the airbrush after all on my Terminator officers.

The Drone Sniper team box was missing a sniper rifle, it appears that there was a bubble or something because the metal sprue had two rifles and a .125 of another one. Double argh, getting down to the Battle Bunker is not an easy errand for me. Started assembling some of the FW drones I did have.

I noticed that the burst cannons come in two molds-one which is clean and flash free, and one with flash inside the quad barreled guns, so I spent some time on them cutting out the flash. I have three sets of 4-barreled guns and one of each set had the flash, which was oddly consistent.

I wish the FW resin tree/sprue thingy was slimmer where it attaches to the drone saucer edge, it is not easy to get a smooth disconnect there with even good tools. Also the clear plastic stands they use are too small for the hole in their bases, I did not want to drill the hole larger. Sawing off the small peg at the top works great though, the flared piece left over fits very well.
