Heroclix Flight Base Repair

Ed has done some great work repairing broken flight bases by adding some tubing at the top of the base, but it is hard to get just the right size tubing. I was looking at a heroclix fan site and someone suggested putting the broken base in the freezer, then using an exacto type blade to seperate the base from the stand by gently prying it apart. You then do the same to a spare base and put the flying stand from the spare on the base you want repaired using crazy glue. I just did this to three figures and it worked great.
